Orders that include large, oversized, or heavy items may not qualify for free shipping due to freight carrier surcharges.
Free shipping applies only to orders delivered within the Continental United States.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations will incur additional shipping charges based on carrier rates and delivery location.
Processing & Delivery Times
Most in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days.
Transit times vary depending on your location and carrier availability. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Freight Deliveries
Large or oversized products may ship via a freight shipment carrier.
Depending on the carrier, deliveries may require scheduling and a signature upon receipt.
If a signature is required, please inspect all shipments carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery form or refuse the shipment if necessary. Once a shipment is signed for, Intermountain Golf Cart Parts and the carrier consider the order accepted in good condition unless damage is reported at the time of delivery.
