Return & Refund Policy

At Intermountain Golf Cars Parts, our goal is to make every transaction clear, fair, and hassle-free. We value our customers and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

 



Order Cancellations

 

Within 12 Hours:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately with your order number to request cancellation.

 

After 12 Hours:
Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In these cases, the order will fall under our standard Return Policy below.

 

Processing Fee:
Canceled orders are subject to a 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee, as these costs are charged by payment providers at the time of purchase.

 


 



Returns & Exchanges

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

To qualify, items must:

  • Be new, unused, and uninstalled

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and labels

  • Contain all components or accessories (if applicable)

 

Used items, damaged items, or products with removed tags or security seals are not eligible for return.

 



Return Process

 

  1. Request Authorization:
    Email support@golfcartbros.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
    Returns without an RMA may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
  2. Prepare Your Return:
    Place the item securely in its original packaging, include the return form or invoice, and clearly write your RMA number on the box.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Ship returns to the address provided by our customer service team.
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.



Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 7 business days.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

  • A restocking fee may apply to items returned without an RMA authorization.

  • The 3.5% payment processing fee and any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

 



Non-Returnable & Exception Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Electrical and electronic components (after installation or testing)

  • International orders outside the continental U.S.

  • Items sold as Final Sale

 

If an electrical part is tested and determined not to be defective, it may be returned to the customer with no credit issued.

 



Damaged or Defective Items

 

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 5 business days of receipt.

 

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

  • Your order number and contact information

 

If damage occurred during shipping, Intermountain Golf Cars will assist in filing a claim and provide replacement instructions.
Claims made after 5 business days may not be eligible for reimbursement.

 



Warranty Information

 

All new parts are warranted free of defects for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Rebuilt, OEM take-off, or used parts carry a 90-day warranty unless otherwise stated.

 

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification is not covered.
In warranty cases, Intermountain Golf Cars Parts will repair, replace, or issue credit at our discretion.
Freight on approved warranty returns will be credited only when a replacement is shipped freight-free.
